Module 6: Discussion.

In a substantial post based on the readings assigned in Module 6 (Chapters 28 & 29), the live/Teams lecture on April 23, and your own reflections, address these questions.

Make it clear that you have read the chapters and absorbed the lecture information!

1. Which strategies used by civil rights activists do
you feel were the most likely to garner support from the government and/or from the general public in the 1960s? Why?

2. What are the most important lessons
you think that the United States should have learned from our involvement in Vietnam?

3. Also, share something you learned from Dr. O’Sullivan’s Module 6 lecture (April 23).

Remember to use proper punctuation, cite ALL your sources, and put direct quotes in quotation marks.

Be sure to engage in scholarly dialogue and share what you are learning.

Provide specific details from the April 23 lecture and the assigned chapters (28 and 29), and cite everything.

Be sure you have listened to Tuesday’s live/Teams weekly lecture and read the assigned chapters before making your post.
