Coursework Task
You will take on the role of an independent accident investigator for TWO cases one is a collision incident and the other a track keeping or grounding incident. You are required to analyse each incident to establish why the accident happened and provide recommendations to all relevant interests case to prevent further reoccurrence. The relevant interests in the case may include all or a number following: #Vessel staff #Shipping company or operator #Shore based authority at local and/or national level.
